Guys, today marks my first month without any sugar. Running 5 km each day and yoga before breakfast. No caffeine. All fruit and veggies that are organic. No alcohol.
The change in my body has already been fantastic! I feel great! I plan to make this my new lifestyle. Eating a healthy diet that is completely vegetarian, gluten-free, caffeine-free and sugar-free. And working out for 2 hours every day!
